Today marks the release of the 10th anniversary edition of Bon Iver, Bon Iver, the 2011 sophomore album that shot Justin Vernon from Kanye-adjacent indie celebrity to Grammy Best New Artist honors and parodied-by-Justin-Timberlake-on-SNL-level fame. The expanded reissue includes five songs from Vernon and S. Carey’s AIR Studios session, which has never previously been released physically or through DSPs. There’s also fancy new packaging including “a blind embossed version of the original cover art and an intimate personal essay from long-time fan Phoebe Bridgers.”
