Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme and fellow former Kyuss member Scott Reeder have filed a lawsuit against singer John Garcia and drummer Brant Bjork - who have been recently performing classic Kyuss material under the banner of Kyuss Lives! - over the ownership of the Kyuss name.
