Formed Frightened Rabbit frontman Scott Hutchison, his brother and F’Rabbit drummer Grant, Editors and former Yourcodenameis:milo guitarist Justin Lockey, and his brother and Minor Victories bandmate James, Mastersystem have now unveiled the charming video for ‘Notes On A Life Not Quite Lived’ – telling the story of two children driven by dreams of rock stardom.

“This record is a throwback sound that appeals to my past,” Hutchison told NME of their upcoming album ‘Dance Music’. “People have said that it’s a weird combination of nostalgia and hearing the future of something. I’ve heard a lot of people saying that it’s like being back in high school.

“This is an album about drifting and feeling a little bit lost. It’s about feel disappointed in one’s self to have reached the age that I am and still having not figured shit out. It was also quite spontaneous and quick. I didn’t want to overthink things, because that’s the spirit of the music that I was given – this is music to be enjoyed and not overthought too much.”
