Sleeper are back with a UK tour and their first new album in 21 years

"So much has happened. So much to write about"

Sleeper have announced their return with more UK tour dates and the news that they’ll be making their first new album in 21 years.

The Britpop veterans had indie hits in the ’90s with the likes of ‘Inbetweener’, ‘What Do I Do Now?’, ‘Sale Of The Century’ and ‘Nice Guy Eddie’.

Now, after returning for a string of reunion shows last year, they’ve announced more gigs for November to launch a Pledge campaign to fund the recording of their next album – which is due for release in early 2019.

“So much has happened. So much to write about. We couldn’t be more excited about the new material,” said the band.

They continued: “It’s available digitally, on signed CD and vinyl, and comes alongside a range of experiences and limited edition goodies. Signed posters, handwritten lyric sheets, live tickets and loads more to come!”

Sleeper added: “We’re delighted to have teamed up with PledgeMusic and can’t wait to share our new album with you and let you all be a part of making it. To everyone who has supported us this year, a massive thank you! We wouldn’t be doing this without you.”
