Justin Bieber has confirmed his engagement to model Hailey Baldwin.
Bieber confirmed the news in an Instagram post, describing Baldwin as “the love of my life” after reports had suggested he popped the question at a restaurant in the Bahamas last weekend.
“Was gonna wait a while to say anything but word travels fast, listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you!”, Bieber wrote on Instagram.
“So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly.
“I promise to lead our family with honor and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make.”
He added: “God’s timing really is literally perfect, we got engaged on the seventh day of the seventh month, the number seven is the number of spiritual perfection, it’s true GOOGLE IT!”

Baldwin also confirmed the news on Twitter, describing Bieber as “incredible”.

According to reports, Bieber proposed to Baldwin at a restaurant in the Bahamas – with his security team asking diners to put their phones away to stop them from recording the moment.
Baldwin’s famous father Stephen also appeared to confirm the news on Twitter before subsequently deleting his post.
