NME Radio to host Bring Me The Horizon track-by-track of new album ‘Amo’

Get the lowdown on 'Amo'

Tonight, NME Radio will be hosting a playback of Bring Me The Horizon‘s new album ‘Amo‘ – complete with an exclusive interview of the band’s thoughts on each track.

NME sat down with frontman Oli Sykes and Jordan Fish on Keys to get the lowdown on the origins, inspiration and evolution of each song on their forthcoming sixth album – their most diverse and ambitious record to date; inspired by love, death, divorce and rebirth.

To hear the album first along with the band’s own insight, tune into NME 1 at 00.01am on Friday January 25.

It will then be replayed at 6pm on NME 2 on Sunday January 27. Click here to find out more about how you can listen to NME Radio.

“People might not think we’re as heavy any more, but for us it’s important that every song gets the hair on the back of your neck up,” Sykes told NME for this week’s Big Read. “That’s not really where music sits any more. People make albums of 17 tracks all the same tempo and vibe. That’s the clever thing to do.

“People just want background music to scroll through. Making an album like ours is almost a bit old-school. You’ve got to pay attention. You need to stop and take it all in.”
