Black Flag announce first UK tour in over 35 years

The pioneering hardcore band last played live in the UK in 1984

Black Flag have announced an October UK tour, which is set to be the band’s first visit to the shores since 1984.

The pioneering hardcore band, who formed in Hermosa Beach, CA in 1976, are set to return to action this year, with the group’s sole continuous member Greg Ginn currently recording the follow-up to their seventh studio album ‘What The…’, which came out back in 2013.

Black Flag will hit the road later this year, with tour dates promised in the summer before the band plays a total of six UK shows in October. Kicking off with a gig at the Electric Ballroom in London on October 7, the tour will conclude with a show at Manchester’s Academy 2 on October 13. Total Chaos will support on all six dates.
