Aerosmith have announced the rescheduled dates for their ‘Peace Out’ North American farewell tour – find all the details below.
The band initially began the stint last September, but later postponed the remaining shows after frontman Steven Tyler suffered a serious vocal injury. At the time, they said the concerts would resume “sometime in 2024”.
Yesterday (April 10), Aerosmith confirmed that they would be heading back on the road in the US and Canada this September. The farewell stint is set to run until February 2025, concluding in Buffalo, New York.
“We’re thrilled to announce new dates for our 2024 PEACE OUT Tour with special guests @theblackcrowes!” they wrote in a post on social media.
“All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled shows – you’ll receive more info via email.”

Announcing the tour’s postponement last year, Aerosmith wrote: “Unfortunately, Steven’s vocal injury is more serious than initially thought. His doctor has confirmed that in addition to the damage to his vocal cords, he fractured his larynx, which requires ongoing care.
“He is receiving the best medical treatment available to ensure his recovery is swift, but given the nature of a fracture, he is being told patience is essential.”
In other news, a sexual assault lawsuit filed against Tyler was dismissed in February. The lawsuit was filed against the singer in November 2023, when a former teenage model accused him of sexually assaulting her in 1975.
Tyler “vehemently” denied the claims. Reacting to the dismissal of the case, his lawyer, David Long-Daniels, said: “We agree with the judge’s reasoning, and are grateful for this result on behalf of our client,” (via BBC).
